La Mandria (technical dive)
Series of granite formations, covered in a large array of red and yellow sea fan, greatly coloured sea sponges, wrapped by clouds of Anthias. The immersion starts from a descent which has been set for over 20 years, thickly covered by a felt of seaweed and hydrozoans, on which finding nudibranchs is highly likely; a clump of great spirographs can be found around the depth of 15mt. The path winds between granite boulders of various sizes, scattered on a quite large area, and surrounded by a seabed of pretty heavy debris despite the depth, which constantly allows great visibility. Perfect for environmental and macro photography. Average depth of immersion 44mt.
